At AlongsideDrive™, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Our delivery lead times are based on Aramex Store-to-Door courier timelines and may vary depending on courier capacity, delivery location, public holidays, and operational delays.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing includes order confirmation, product quality checks, packaging, and preparing your parcel for courier collection or drop-off.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been handed over to Aramex Store-to-Door, estimated delivery is usually within 8–11 business days.

This delivery period is an estimate and is largely dependent on Aramex Store-to-Door’s courier network, route scheduling, branch processing, and final delivery capacity.

3. Total Estimated Lead Time

Your total estimated lead time is made up of:

  • 1–3 business days for order processing; plus
  • 8–11 business days for courier delivery via Aramex Store-to-Door.

This means your order may take approximately 9–14 business days from payment confirmation to delivery.

4. Courier Responsibility

AlongsideDrive™ is responsible for processing, quality checking, and handing your order over to the courier within our stated processing period.

Once the parcel has been handed over to Aramex Store-to-Door, delivery timing is managed by the courier and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

5. Possible Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier backlog or high-volume periods;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • Remote or outlying delivery areas;
  • Public holidays or weekends;
  • Weather, strikes, road delays, or other events outside our control.

6. Business Days

Business days refer to Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

7. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking updates directly through the courier’s tracking system.

8. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure that your delivery information is correct before completing your order.

AlongsideDrive™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
